Our approach

We aim to make this website usable with a keyboard, clear headings, visible focus indicators, readable text and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. The site respects reduced-motion preferences. Chat allows you to take your time and does not require you to speak aloud.

Current status

The service is in controlled testing. A full independent accessibility audit has not been completed, so we do not claim full compliance with an accessibility standard. We are continuing to improve the experience, including account and chat features.
