Essential sign-in cookie

The ubh_session cookie keeps you signed in and supports secure account requests. It is set when you register or sign in, has a maximum age of 24 hours, and is cleared on sign-out. It is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Strict and is marked Secure in production.

Cached website files

A service worker caches website pages and assets in your browser to help the site load when a connection is unavailable. API responses are excluded from this cache. Cached pages can be older than the online version. You can remove cached files through your browser’s site-data settings.

Optional notifications

Support Companions can enable browser push notifications where supported. Your browser asks for permission. A subscription endpoint and related keys are stored to deliver alerts. Notifications use neutral wording without conversation previews, although the service name may be visible on your device. You can revoke notification permission in your browser or device settings.

Analytics and advertising

The current site does not load advertising cookies or non-essential analytics trackers. If this changes, this notice and any required choice controls will be updated before those technologies are introduced.
